Job Description
•Sales & marketing of the company’s products and services in the target territories•Account management of customers (clients and end users)
•Commercial management of proposals
•Prepare and recommend sales & marketing strategies for the target territories
•Manage sales activities in the target territories
•Account management of existing customers
•Respond to enquiries from customers including the submission of quotations and tenders
•Close out on sales and limited contract negotiations
•Pre-qualification and registration of company with clients and end users
•Customer presentations

4-Sales Representatives (Hotel Amenities)
Job Description
• Previous experience in selling Hotel amenities is mandatory.• Handles existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily meetings with potential clients
• Handles a Portfolio with at least 100 clients
• Keeps management informed by submitting daily activity reports to the Head of Department
• Close deals and keep close follow up with the clients
• Maintain a very high positive attitude towards the Department strategy & achieve assigned target
• Identify and resolve client concerns
• Responsible for Preparing quotations and Statements of accounts for the clients
• Follow-up for collection of payment
• Visiting Clients continuously for collection, promoting new items or offers
• Arrange with the trainer for a demonstration on specific line or items before closing deals if requested by the client

Job Description
Ensure that all guests are assisted accordingly in all areas.Ensure that all VIPs and Elite Members are contacted and assisted accordingly.
Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure readiness of rooms for check-in.
Communicate appropriate information to the guest about the hotel and its services.
Supply information to all guests about local areas and activities.
Ensure smooth operations and high levels of guest service within the Executive Lounge areas
Run daily reports; ensure proper completion and filing of reports.
Make sure to delivery of guest amenities and other special occasions
Be a lobby ambassador and maintain visibility in lobby areas
Skills
· Having an experience in similar position for at least 2 years with a great deal interpersonal skills and good level in of physical fitness.
